Meeting called to order at 7:04 pm
In attendance: Susan Zimmer, Nancy Miller, LuAnn Craig, Mark Walker, Scott
Leslie, Marilynn Cook, Pat Henry and Barbara Brett
Financial
Report:
We have $98,605.81 in the bank.
We have receivables of $1819.79 due.
Trash Service:
There will be some adjustments in your next billing to reflect what we are
now paying for trash service. You should be expecting a small credit.
Back Flow:
We have over 20 homeowners that have not had their back-flow preventer inspected.
If you have not done this yet you can expect a notice on your door with instructions
for getting this done.
New Business:
Due to a couple of recent issues with the water system the board is putting
together a small committee to draw up a S.O.P manual for emergency water issues.
This manual will include:
How homeowners are notified of the problem with the water system.
If and when
the water will be turned off for repairs.
When the
work has been completed.
Procedure
for ensuring only licensed/insured contractors are doing the water repair
work.
Water meter Computer Update:
No new information.
Homeowner information cards:
You will receive an information card in your new billing. Please fill this
out and return. The return postage has been paid.
New
construction:
Nothing new to report.
