Aspen Mesa Homeowners Association Meeting
April 8, 2013

Meeting called to order @ 7:12

In attendance: Marilyn Cook, Nancy Miller, Ann MacLeod, Susan Zimmer, Frank Chudy, Barbara Brett

Frank Chudy has agreed to stay on as president

Financial Report:
We have $99,860.00 in bank. $14,411 in receivables.

Back Flow Progress:
It is time to begin the re-inspection process for all homeowners back flow devices.
There are still 19 homeowners that have the wrong device.
Our goal on the process is to be complete with correct devices on all homes by June 15.
That gives the homeowner's 2 months to respond to Michael to get your devices in order. Mike Josephson 303-720-9841.
Those of you that are not cooperating are spending all of our money on redundancy.

Dragonfly:
The last meeting held on 3/26 the application was withdrawn which allows Dragonfly to re-apply at anytime. The AMEHOA board will continue our position of opposition to Dragonfly and continue with attorney Tim Whitsitt should or when Dragonfly reapplies again.

New Business:
Jay Leavitt is no longer on the board.
All architectural issues should be directed to Frank Chudy. Vice President is Barbara Brett.
